Terms and Conditions
We take pride in our human guided craftsmanship. Each fabric is carefully inspected to ensure
the highest quality is delivered. Our textiles are not guaranteed against dye-lot variations, natural wear, abrasion or fading. Please consult a workroom for fabric backing recommendations.
For textiles, the minimum order for each item is 3 yards. A $50 cut fee is applied for orders less than the minimum. For wallcovering, the minimum order for each item is 4 rolls. A $50 cut fee is applied for orders less than the minimum.
All McLaurin & Piercy inventory is stocked and shipped from Los Angeles. A hold can be placed on stocked items for up to 10 business days. Please contact a showroom representative for additional details and availability as stock levels can fluctuate.
All pillows are made to order and are considered final sale. Due to the natural process of producing each fabric, slight imperfections and dye lot variations within each pillow is expected. We do not guarantee against natural wear, abrasion or fading.
A trade program is available for pillows and memos only. Apply here. Once your application has been approved, log in instructions will be provided for ordering memos and discount pricing on pillows. For textiles and wallcovering, contact a local showroom here.
McLaurin & Piercy textiles and wallcoverings are designed for residential use. Most patterns can be translated for hospitality and contract. Requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact a showroom for more details.
Some textiles and wallcovering are customizable. Minimum yardage and custom fees will apply. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned. Requests should be sent to email@example.com or contact a showroom for more details.
Care and maintenance instructions can be found on each item page. McLaurin and Piercy will not be responsible for failure to adhere to instructions provided.
Stocked fabrics, wallcovering and pillows ship within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. Lead times vary for items not in stock. All lead times are approximate and are not guaranteed.
All orders are considered final sale. Proper inspection of the order should be performed for any defects or damages. No returns will be accepted after an item is cut, treated or altered. Claims must be made within 2 weeks from the date of delivery. McLaurin & Piercy has the right to refuse any item returned that is not in its original condition.
Fabrics, wallcovering and pillows ship via UPS or FedEx Ground within the US and Canada unless otherwise noted. International orders ship via DHL or FedEx Standard. McLaurin & Piercy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
